About Me

Hi, I’m Caron. I live in Torbay, South Devon with my husband, our daughter and our dog.

I have been in the care sector for many years and within those years I have taken on different roles. I have owned two branches of a care franchise in Plymouth and the South Hams, I was a Care Coordinator for a number of years and I am a highly experienced Care Assistant with a great bedside manner. I’ve also worked in care homes, recruitment and supervisory roles.

The Care Administrator was born out of a love for the industry, the wonderful feeling of seeing businesses succeed, and a passion for making the industry an amazing career choice. I am a little eccentric, a kind soul and a general ‘positive polly'.

After selling the franchise in April 2023, I decided to focus on expanding my business knowledge by supporting my husband with his company. I knew I didn’t want to come back to an employed role within the care industry as raising a (strong-willed) child and a highly energetic puppy wouldn’t allow for the full-time commitment that it deserved, but I knew I still wanted to help.

I now get to help care companies thrive, without the need for KPI’s, endless form filling and scary 1:1 meetings with the big boss. I approach each company in a non-judgmental way, with an aim to help them succeed and become a highly sought after place to work.
